Westside Walkers is a free mall walking program sponsored by UCLA Health System, OASIS and Westside Pavilion. Participants walk indoors in the safety and security of Westside Pavilion. |

Walking offers many benefits, which include:

- Greater bone strength, helping prevent osteoporosis and bone fractures

When & where do they meet?
Tuesday and Thursday from 8-10 a.m. in Westside Pavilion, located at 10800 West Pico Boulevard in West Los Angeles. Meet at the registration table on Level 2 in front of Macys department store.
Where do I park?
Parking on the roof is easiest. Enter on Overland Boulevard. There is elevator and escalator access to Level 2.
How do I get started?
We highly recommend checking with your physician before beginning any exercise program. Make sure you're dressed for action by wearing comfortable shoes and clothing. The first time you participate in the Westside Walkers program, bring your completed registration form to the registration table on Level 2 in front of Macys.
