The Department of Rehabilitation ServicesOutpatient Rehabilitation |
The Outpatient Rehabilitation division consists of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Prosthetics/Orthotics programs. Patients of all ages with disabilities related to neurologic, cardiovascular, lymphatic, and orthopedic diseases are treated at this location.
Appointments are scheduled for patients upon receipt of an order from the referring physician and authorization from the insurer.
