On March 1, 2013, UCLA HealthLink went live. You can now use our new UCLA HealthLink to make or view your referrals and look up the status of your claims. UCLA HealthLink is available to you through a secure website over the Internet.
Getting Access
Step 1: UCLA AD Account Setup
If you do not have a UCLA AD account, please complete the paperwork below for your UCLA HealthLink account. Each employee accessing the system must submit a separate form.
- Please fill out the yellow sections of the MITS Security Form and sign and date the form.
- Please read and sign the Confidentiality Statement.

Step 3: Register and Complete Required Go-To-Training
Go-To-Training is online interactive training that brings the classroom to your desktop. It is facilitated by a UCLA Health EHR instructor in real time and is required for system access. Account setup is based on the registration information you provide when registering for training. Each employee accessing the system must register individually and attend training.
Step 4: UCLA HealthLink Account Setup and Access
Account setup is processed at the time of training completion. The production web link and user sign-on information is sent by e-mail within 3-5 business days after training is completed if steps 1 and 2 are complete.
