The Patient Affairs Department of UCLA Health System is a division of Hospital Administration. The staff is available to assist patients, family members, and friends with any non-medical question or concern relating to their outpatient visit or hospital stay. Our goal is to make your experience as our patient as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We accomplish these goals by providing a variety of services.

Our Mission is to assist our customers in making their experience at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center as pleasant and comfortable as possible by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and bridging language barriers.
