The Division of Infectious Diseases offers inpatient and outpatient consultative services for problems related to viral, bacterial, mycobacterial, fungal, and parasitic diseases. The special Travel and Tropical Medicine Program is described below. Comprehensive services for patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection and its associated opportunistic infections are described under the Center for Clinical AIDS Research and Education (CARE).
