Pediatric cancer survivors, as a child or adult, have the unique opportunity to access comprehensive long-term survivorship care through the UCLA-LIVESTRONG™ Survivorship Center of Excellence. As one of only nine centers nationally, it has become the focal point of survivorship activities at UCLA's Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC) and UCLA Health System. The center is developing models of healthcare delivery to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of cancer survivors. The center’s clinical programs include: (1) for childhood cancer survivors less than 18 years of age - the Life After Cancer Clinic for Long-Term Follow-Up care and (2) for adult survivors of childhood cancer - the VITA clinic.
