The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed for patients with cardiovascular disease, including those with recent MI, stable angina, coronary angioplasty, coronary bypass, and other cardiac diagnoses. The purpose of the program is to help the patient return to healthy levels of activity through education and guided exercise programs.
