Over 300 patients with head and neck cancer are seen each year at UCLA. At weekly head and neck tumor conferences, physicians from multiple specialties formulate optimal treatment strategies for each patient, especially those with complex problems.
Tumors managed by Head and Neck Oncology include those arising within the oral cavity, larynx, pharynx, salivary glands, thyroid, nose, and sinuses.
