Patients are evaluated and treated for frontotemporal dementia (FTD) as well as other focal dementia syndromes, including Pick's disease, progressive aphasia, semantic dementia, progressive perceptual disorders, posterior cortical atrophy, progressive frontal lobe syndromes, corticobasal ganglionic degeneration, and progressive supranuclear gaze palsy. Patient's previous evaluations and referral records are required prior to the clinic visit.
