The Nutrition Support Clinic provides comprehensive evaluation and delivery of parenteral and enteral services to children with complex nutritional needs. The most common conditions which can prevent normal digestion of food by the GI tract include short bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal motility disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, neurological disorders, and other conditions. Our multidisciplinary approach to evaluation and treatment utilizes social workers, dieticians, psychologists, and nurse practitioners to work with the child and family.
Referral to the Nutrition Support Clinic must be made by a current treating physician.
