Programs available in the treatment of brain tumors include:
- Multispecialty evaluation clinics for both Radiation Oncology and Neurosurgery
- Conformal, IMRT, and Stereotactic radiosurgery for primary tumors and multiple metastases.
- The Stereotactic Radiation Therapy Program uses a dedicated shaped beam Stereotactic linear accelerator for treatment of malignant primary or metastatic tumors, and benign conditions such as meningiomas, acoustic neuromas, pituitary tumors, arteriovenous malformations, and some functional conditions (e.g. trigeminal neuralgia). 4. A monthly support group for the caregivers of patients with cerebral tumors.
