Paul H. Coluzzi, MD, MPH

Compassionate caring for the individual is my first priority. I am dedicated to healing and committed to the physical, emotional and spiritual support for my patients. With the focus on the whole person, I guide patients and their families through the complex decision-making process and offer the most comprehensive and up-to-date medical treatments.

I was born in Los Angeles and graduated with a degree in Religion from the University of Southern California. I received both my M.D. and Masters Degree in Public Health from Northwestern University in Chicago. I completed a medical residency at UCLA and the VA Hospital in West L.A. and did fellowships in medical oncology and therapeutics and then hematology and bone marrow transplantation at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, California. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. I have extensive experience in basic science, cancer research, hospice, and medical ethics.

It is important that there be balance in life, and therefore, at home, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and partner. I also find time to enjoy movies, the arts, gardening, entertaining friends and reading.
