David Feinberg, MD, MBA is the chief executive officer of the UCLA Hospital System and associate vice chancellor.  Prior to assuming the leadership role of CEO for UCLA Hospitals, Dr. Feinberg was the medical director of the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital (NPH) at UCLA.

He has been a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine since 1994. He is triple board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Feinberg also has his master of business administration from Pepperdine University.

Dr. Feinberg areas of expertise include Attention Deficit/Hpyeractivity Disorder, Adolescent Substance Abuse and the business of medicine.
