UCLA Medical Group Honored
UCLA Medical Group has been recognized with the Gold Level of Achievement by the California Department of Managed Health Care. The award is part of the department's Right Care Initiative to improve clinical quality in three key areas: cardiovascular disease, diabetes and hospital-acquired infections. UCLA Medical Group is among 11 statewide to receive the honor. To attain the honor, UCLA Medical Group met or exceeded the 90th percentile nationwide of performance in those target areas.
