Dermatopathology Service
Serving as a resource for patients at all UCLA Health Systems, System Health Centers and Clinics, the Division of Dermatology provides a full range of skin pathology services. The sign out room is closely associated with the Dermatology Clinic and is equipped with a 13 head Olympus microscope. In 2007, there were close to 7,000 accessions (cases) in dermatopathology, which were generated by UCLA physicians (dermatologists and primary care).

The UCLA Division of Dermatology remains committed to providing timely and comprehensive interpretation of slides for patients and physicians submitting slides.
