UCLA provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient dialysis services.
Outpatient Dialysis Services
The services are provided at the Century City DaVita Dialysis Unit. Dr. Rastogi is the Clinical Director of this unit. The modalities include both hemodialysis (incenter and home hemodialysis) and peritoneal dialysis.
Evaluation of predialysis patients is available on the third floor, Medical Specialty Suites at 200 UCLA Medical Plaza. Please call (310) 206-6762 to make an appointment with Dr. Rastogi.
