Beginning in January, you will start to see and hear an advertising campaign that announces the opening of the new Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA.
The print, radio and out-of-home advertising message for the Mattel facility will play on the tagline used for the launch of the new hospital: The Better Way to Get Better.
We feel this line and its variation for Mattel (The Better Way for Kids To Get Better) serves as a reminder to the community that the true focus of our team of extraordinary doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers remains on our patients.
You can expect to hear radio commercials read by actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who graciously offered and donated her talents to promote our children's hospital. You will see advertising on local buses. Print ads will be seen in parenting magazines. And online advertising will be strategically placed on sites that will deliver our message to targeted viewers.
