OUR CCCP PARENT ADVISORY BOARD is a selected working group of
parents who are volunteering their time to advise our program on how
to improve the care of critically ill children at Mattel Children’s Hospital
at UCLA.
Their feedback has been critical in developing many areas of the program such as:
- Evaluating & reviewing program initiatives and materials for usefulness
- 1st Pediatrics Family Memorial service
- Providing lectures on areas such as communication & bedside manner to our pediatric hospital staff
- Family Support Program
- Parent Manual/Orientation Guide
