Support and Bereavement Resource Database
**Database is not for distribution.**
It will be updated frequently and should only be accessed through this website.
Purpose:
The CCCP Support and Bereavement Resource Database is a compilation of resources aimed at improving the
accessibility of resources for Social Workers and other health care providers dealing with support and bereavement
issues.
Content:
Sections are organized alphabetically at the bottom of the spreadsheet
The 5 main sections are:
- Funeral Details
- Help Lines
- Hospices
- Literature (Resource Articles & Books)
- Support Groups
Other Sections with more specific themes include:
- Camps
- Grieving Children and Teens
- Infant/ Stillborn/ Miscarriage
- Magazines
- Other Resources
- Pediatric Palliative Care Articles
- Rainbow Resource Directory
- Sibling Grief
- Spanish Resources
- Spiritual Care

Organization:
- Sections include resource type (in bold), name, location, contact, and other info descriptions.
Books/ articles include author and year. - Sections are currently organized by resource type and alphabetically by name.
- Healthcare providers using the database can change the organization of the resources within each section to best fit their needs.
- Using the SORT option under the DATA in Excel, the database can be changed to be alphabetical by location, author name, etc.
