  • PGY-2s need to apply for their California Medical License as soon as possible.  You are required to have a CA medical license before the start of your 3rd year. This process can take some time. Therefore, we advise you to begin this process as soon as possible. For instructions or questions please contact Cherie Lewis at CherieLewis@mednet.ucla.edu
  • Continuing housestaff has to have their annual TB test done with Occupational Health Facility at 67-120, Center for Health Sciences. The deadline to get the test done is 09/30/2012. Please call the OHF office 310-825-6771 for an appointment. If the test is done at Santa Monica, please make sure the clearance slip is submitted to OHF. For additional question and/or concerns please call the OHF office at (310) 825-6771.
