The Pediatric Endocrinology Clinical program at UCLA is dedicated to the highest standards of diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders including:

2. Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
3. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
4. Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome
5. Abnormal Puberty
6. Disorders leading to abnormal formation of genitalia
7. Hormonal Complications of Cancer and Cancer Treatment
8. Thyroid Disorders
We are a small, focused, caring division; directing the medical course of children with endocrine problems.
Dr. Kuk-Wha Lee is an expert in growth and dysregulated growth at the cell and organismal level. She can answer your questions about your child's growth. In addition, she evaluates patients with thyroid and adrenal problems and pituitary disorders as well.
Dr. Anna Pawlikowska-Haddal is a clinician dedicated to providing care to pediatric patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders as outlined by the UCLA Pediatric endocrinology clinical program. In collaboration with pediatric urology, genetics and psychiatry at UCLA, she provides comprehensive care to pediatric patients with disorders leading to the abnormal formation of genitalia. In collaboration with UCLA Fit for Healthy Weight Program, she provides care to pediatric patients with obesity and metabolic complication of obesity.
The Pediatric Diabetes Program at Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA, is dedicated to being at the forefront of clinical progress in the treatment of diabetes as well spearheading novel therapies for the prevention and treatment of diabetes in children.
