3. How do I get copies of my UCLA billing statements?

4. How do I get copies of receipts for payments made at my doctor's office?
For duplicate copies of payments made at your doctor's office, please contact your doctor's office directly.

Important Information Regarding Your HOSPITAL Bill
Please Note: This site https://billing.uclahealth.org represents your hospital bill. Charges for physicians, including pathologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and emergency department physicians, will be billed separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use this site to view and pay my PHYSICIAN bill online?
A: No, this site is currently only available for your HOSPITAL bill. Our physicians bill separately for their charges. Please refer to your physician bill for more information or contact UCLA Medical Group at (310) 301-8877 or fax at (310) 301-8878.
Q: Will there always be so many steps each time I pay my bill?
A: No, once you have registered and created your login all you have to do the next time you visit the site is to enter your user name and password.
Q: If I choose to pay my bill on line how will I know when it is due again?
A: Whenever you have services at UCLA Health we will send you an email to let you know that you have a statement online. To make it easy the email will include a link so you can get to your bill quickly once you enter your user name and password. (This is how we protect your health privacy).
Q: Once I choose on-line bill payment will you still mail me a bill?
A: You will have a choice to continue paper bills delivered through the post office, or to use online bills only.
Q: What if I forget to pay my bill on line?
A: We will automatically print and mail your bill to you if you have not responded within 30 days.
Q: What if I forget my username and/or my password?
A: Visit the login screen, and click "Having issues logging in?" Here will you find instructions on how to reset either your username, password or both.
