Hand Center

The UCLA Hand Center specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with hand injuries and pathological disorders affecting the hand. These disorders include:
  • Flexor and extensor tendon injuries
  • Peripheral nerve injuries of the upper extremity
  • Fractures and dislocations of the hand and wrist
  • Microsurgery replantation and revascularization of amputations of the fingers and hand
  • Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis of the hand
  • Nerve compression syndromes such as carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Chronic wrist pain
  • Tumors of the hand
  • Congenital deformities of the hand in children
