She was competent and efficient but not that friendly. I tried to say something apologetic for registering in at 7:30pm which is the latest time to register to be seen. She was silent in reply and left the room. Either she did not hear me or did not want to dignify my words with a response. It made me feel silly for being there, as if I was wasting her time.

Exceptional experience with Dr Hagos. She spent time explaining her approach to treating and monitoring the cough I have. She is quite pleasant, listens carefully, asks questions to make sure I am explaining myself properly. My experience with Dr Hagos is similar to other physician encounters at this location. This group is far better than urgent care locations closer to my home.
