Responsibilities

My role at Simms/Mann involves maintaining and enhancing the Simms/Mann website to ensure an exceptional user experience for all visitors, whether they are patients or family members. Collaborating closely with marketing program coordinators, I contribute to achieving Simms/Mann's business goals and fostering community engagement. This includes managing social media platforms and outreach initiatives, as well as working with editors to craft compelling stories and communications.

Training & Professional Work

With a background in consulting as a UX designer for three years, I've honed my skills in web and digital strategy. I've had the privilege of working with renowned brands such as The North Face, Spectrum, and Circle K, crafting digital experiences that resonate with users. My academic journey led me to study communications and informatics at the University of Washington, providing me with a solid foundation for my career. Additionally, I run my own business, Yee Haw Designs, where I provide creative direction for small businesses, leveraging my expertise to help them thrive in the digital landscape.

Personal Interests and Perspectives

Outside of work, I'm deeply passionate about holistic healing and wellness, which aligns perfectly with my role at the center. I teach hot yoga here in LA, advocating for well-being and holistic health practices. Currently, I'm pursuing further education with the aim of becoming a naturopathic doctor, driven by my dedication to promoting holistic wellness.
