Internal Medicine, Pediatrics

Dr. Bui completed her undergraduate degree at Pomona College and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Neuroscience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI where she served as Chief Resident during her last year.

Dr. Bui particularly enjoys taking care of adolescent and young adult patients, as well as those patients with chronic medical conditions who are transitioning from pediatric to adult care. She has experience in the medical treatment of eating disorders, routine gynecology and well woman care, and mood disorders in the adolescent population.

Dr. Bui is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Garvey is a Los Angeles native, and attended UCLA Medical School.  She did her residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center where she specialized in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Garvey is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She has practiced at the UCLA Brentwood office, seeing patients of all ages, since 1998. She has also been the Medical Director of the UCLA Mobile Clinic Project since 1999, caring for the homeless in West Los Angeles.

Dr. Garvey enjoys primary care of all ages but especially enjoy helping families dealing with young babies and the challenging teen years. Additionally, she has specialized training in weight management.

Dr. Grossman is the Chief Medical Officer of the UCLA Community Physicians Network, a group of primary care offices throughout the West Los Angeles area.  He has a faculty appointment as Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics, at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.  His clinical interests include general primary care of adults and children, newborn care, geriatric medicine, and preventive medicine. He is actively involved in teaching medical students/residents, patient safety, quality improvement, and e-health information technology.

Dr. Grossman has received several awards throughout his career, including the Golden Apple Teaching Award as a UCLA Med-Peds Attending, the Leo Rigler,MD Outstanding House Officer Award at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and the Loyola University President's Medallion awarded for outstanding scholarship, community service, and leadership as a medical student.  He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society, and a Fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics.  He has received a Certificate of Appreciation for his volunteer work at the Venice Family Clinic.

Internal Medicine, Nephrology

Dr. Hartenbower has undergraduate and medical degrees from Indiana University. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. After medical residency he completed a nephrology fellowship and then was a Clinical Investigator at Wadsworth VA Medical Center in Los Angeles. He has an interest in provision of health care and has served as President of the Los Angeles Foundation for Medical Care and as board member of the Health Care Association of Southern California, the California Hospital Association and as Chair, the California Association of Medical Groups.  He currently practices internal medicine and nephrology and is the Outreach Medical Director for UCLA Health.

Dr. Hartenbower is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA. He is a former Chief of Staff at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Kruger began her studies at Princeton University, where she graduated with a degree in chemical engineering.  She attended medical school at Georgetown University and then completed her residency at UCLA, in the combined internal medicine-pediatrics program.  After finishing residency, she served as Chief Resident in the Department of Medicine, prior to joining the UCLA faculty.

Dr. Kruger truly enjoys caring for patients and families of all ages.  She has experience with chronic disease management and with helping children and teens transition from pediatric to adult medicine.  She also loves helping new mothers and families in the first few months of life.

Dr Yeung completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where she served as Chief Resident during her last year.

Dr Yeung enjoys teaching resident physicians and medical students while imparting her enthusiasm for primary care. Dr Yeung has also volunteered her time abroad practicing medicine in Brazil and the Dominican Republic.

Dr Yeung is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Physicians.
