Volunteer Sign-In Sheet
All volunteers should have received instructions for signing in their shifts as a volunteer. If the computer was not working when you needed to sign in, please download the Volunteer Sign-In Sheet and record your hours. Log sheets may be dropped by the Volunteer Office during walk-in hours Monday - Thursday from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m., or faxed to (310) 267-3670. Recording of hours is the responsibility of each volunteer and is a mandatory part of your service.
