Refer a Patient

You may already know you want to refer a patient. If not, you can always talk with a specialist.

How-to Refer a PatientLink to UCLA eReferral

  1. Register your practice, if you have not done so yet
  2. Log in using your unique username and password
  3. Click on “Create a Referral” to refer a patient in or Click on “Question” to ask a question
  4. Once you submit your referral or question, you will receive a response within 2 business days.
