We welcome you to the UCLA Family Health Center in Santa Monica, where our physicians and staff are dedicated to the care and wellness of every member of your family, from infants to seniors and every age in between.  As the main practice site for the UCLA Department of Family Medicine, we provide a wide range of primary care services, including:

It would be our pleasure to serve as your medical care “home” – your place to come for most of your health care needs, and your gateway to more specialized care, if needed, through the full resources and support of the renowned UCLA Health.  This also means that our board-certified clinicians work closely together, so that your care is overseen not just by one physician, but rather a clinical team, ensuring he best possible care for you and your loved ones.  All physicians have admitting privileges to both UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.  By joining our Family Health Center family, you’ll have the entire UCLA network of caring specialists at your disposal.

The facility is composed of 30-exam rooms and serves a socio-economically and ethnically diverse population of working families, university employees, the local community, as well as families on Medicaid (MediCal). The center is equipped with a basic physician CLIA lab and teaching conference rooms. We perform onset OB ultrasound, colposcopy, endometrial biopsies, IUD and Implanon placement and routine dermatological procedures. Extensive diagnostic testing is provided at the nearby UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica.

We serve patients from throughout Los Angeles, and accept most insurance plans

Office Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Wed, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We are closed from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm. Care is available for same day, walk in as well as urgent or acute care appointments. We now also offer evening hours on Tuesday and Wednesday. Call 310-319-4700.
