We welcome you to the UCLA Family Health Center in Santa Monica, where our physicians and staff are dedicated to the care and wellness of every member of your family, from infants to seniors and every age in between. As the main practice site for the UCLA Department of Family Medicine, we provide a wide range of primary care services, including pediatric, prenatal, obstetric, adult and women’s health, preventative care and immunizations as well as geriatric are. We also offer same day and evening visits, travel medicine, outpatient pain and palliative care, behavioral and addiction medicine and cancer screening.
It would be our pleasure to serve as your medical care “home” – your place to come for most of your health care needs, and your gateway to more specialized care, if needed, through the full resources and support of the renowned UCLA Health. This also means that our board certified clinicians work closely together, so that your care is overseen not just by one physician, but rather a clinical team, ensuring he best possible care for you and your loved ones. All physicians have admitting privileges to both Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at UCLA. By joining our Family Health Center family, you’ll have the entire UCLA network of caring specialists at your disposal.
We are conveniently located near the 10 freeway in Santa Monica, with ample free parking. We serve patients from throughout Los Angeles, and accept most insurance plans.
