Emily Franklin, Patient Care Manager, has been working with the HIV community since 2013 and received her MSW from USC. Emily specializes in alternative sexualities, safer sex practices, and HIV disclosure counseling. In her spare time, Emily hikes tall mountains and gives too much/not enough attention to her two cats.
Michelle Simek, Patient Retention Specialist, worked in the HIV/AIDS field for over 20 years. Michelle is a billingual seasoned treatment educator and popular AIDS educator, both locally and nationally. She is a Contributing Writer for Positively Aware magazine and is an avid reader, proud aunt, and enthusiastic cat mom.
Jeannie Acdan MSN, RN, PHN, Program Manager & Medical Care Manager, has worked with the HIV/AIDS community since 2005. She has extensive experience in HIV care and disease management. Jeannie has a passion for helping vulnerable populations.
Rosa Ramos, Case Worker, received her BA in Human Services from CSU, Dominguez Hills and has been working with the HIV community since 2016. She specializes in housing, benefits and homelessness. When not at work, Rosa enjoys taking road trips and learning about different skin care and makeup products.
