Awards & Research
Dr. Lin is the recipient of the Heed Fellowship and the Abelson Fellowship. He has authored more than a dozen peer reviewed publications in leading ophthalmology journals: including the American Journal of Ophthalmology and the British Journal of Ophthalmology. He has written textbook chapters for the classic Practice of Ophthalmology textbook and the subspecialty Cornea textbook, and has delivered keynote presentations at national and international ophthalmology meetings. His research is focused on combining human and artificial intelligence to deliver exceptional surgical results to his patients. Dr. Lin has also been recognized as a Rising Star for Southern Californias Super Doctors ® 2021.

Education:
He is a leader in ophthalmology education, founding EyeGuru, an educational platform visited more than 300,000 times a year by other ophthalmologists from over 125 countries around the world. In this teaching role, Dr. Lin helps to advance knowledge in ophthalmology and train the next generation of ophthalmologists.
