About Me

Dr. Carlos Macias is a cardiologist who practices in Porter Ranch and Santa Clarita. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, and his clinic interests include ablation, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, electrophysiology, implantable defibrillators and pacemakers.

Dr. Macias received his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Mexico. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of New Mexico Medical Center. He moved to the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA for an additional fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology.

Dr. Macias is happy to bring the specialized medicine of the UCLA Cardiac Arrhythmia Center to the Northwest Valley.
