Frequently Asked Questions about the ARC Medical Program
Do you have rolling admissions? No, as long as you get your application to us by 11:59pm on the deadline date, we will give you equal consideration as we do for all the other applicants.
I am a previous applicant. Can I re-apply? Of course you can! If you are still interested, we would love to have you apply again. In fact, many members of ARC were accepted as re-applicants.
I already graduated/am enrolled in a university other than UCLA. Can I apply? Yes, although ARC primarily consists of UCLA undergraduates, in the past, we have accepted students that have already graduated or were not UCLA students. We will give your application equal consideration if you apply.
Do I have to be registered with UCLA Volunteer Services or go through a general orientation to apply? No. You will have to go through the volunteer onboarding process in order to start with ARC. We will guide you through this upon acceptance.
Do I have a choice on which department I get accepted to? We try our best to take your preferences into consideration, but must make the best decision based on departmental and program needs.
