Welcome to the UCLA CFAR Clinical Research Facilitation Core!
Our Core provides a wide array of regulatory and recruitment services for HIV and other researchers conducting patient-oriented research.
What does the Core do?
1. HIV RSVP (Recruitment Assistance): RSVP is a volunteer registry of HIV positive and negative participants in the greater Los Angeles area. RSVP aims to match potential study participants to IRB-approved research studies and help investigators enroll their studies more quickly.
2. Regulatory Assistance: the Regulatory arm helps guide researchers through UCLA IRB and other regulatory submissions
The Core can also link investigators to other resources and collaborators available at and outside of UCLA to execute research, as well as to community members to receive feedback on research protocols through our Community Advisory Board.
