Rosa Ramos received her BA in Human Services from CSU, Dominguez Hills and has been working with the HIV/AIDS community since 2016. Rosa is the Case Worker for the Medical Care Coordination (MCC) program and specializes in housing, benefits and homelessness. In her role as Case Worker, she helps address the patients’ socioeconomic needs (e.g. financial assistance, housing assistance, legal services, and transportation), assists with patient monitoring, and tracking outcomes. Rosa is a member of the Los Angeles Regional Quality Group (RQG) for the Los Angeles County Department of HIV and STD Programs (DHSP). She represents the CARE Center’s MCC program on the RQG and also attends conferences focused on quality management. When not at work, Rosa enjoys taking road trips and learning about skin care.
