Dr. Arman is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Fabry's disease at the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles. He has taken the role of the research supervisor, lead study coordinator, or study designer for several studies. Dr. Arman received his Doctor of Medicine from the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2010. After a few years of independent practice and research Iran, Dr. Arman started his career at UCLA as a research associate in the field of nephrology. Since early 2016, he has been involved in many clinical studies in different fields in nephrology, including but not limited to hypertension, diabetic kidney disease, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. He has a special focus in lysosomal storage disease, especially Fabry’s disease. He has authored multiple publications in the field of medicine in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work in different nephrology meetings, including American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week and International Society of Nephrology World Congress of Nephrology.
