June 1, 2020, 10:00 am

UCLA Health has received information that there may be protest activity starting at 2 pm on June 1 outside the Federal Building at Wilshire and Veteran. This may cause traffic congestion and delay travel times to UCLA Health facilities in Westwood and Brentwood.

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the Medical Plaza complex in Westwood are open.

Due to city- and county-imposed curfews, various clinics closed early:

  • Beverly Hills (12:30 pm)
  • Brentwood (4 pm)
  • All Santa Monica clinics (4 pm)
  • Mall-based clinics in Woodlands Hills and Century City are closed

UCLA testing sites are open and while operating hours may be impacted by curfews, UCLA does not intend to stop COVID-19 testing.

Patients with appointments are being offered telehealth visits or re-scheduled in-person visits.

We encourage patients with in-person appointments to monitor the Los Angeles Department of Transportation and local Caltrans district websites, local news outlets and various traffic apps. Please plan accordingly and contact your medical office with questions.

UCLA Health is closely monitoring developments.

We are committed to providing high-quality patient care for our community.
