Dr Kim seems professional and efficient. I think that rapport was difficult to establish as my appointment was for a new patient and a pre op. Dr Kim asked basic questions, but the connection and trust was not a priority. I am sure she is a great clinician, but the care element seemed to be absent in this circumstance.

Fit me into schedule. Asked lots of questions. The problem with overall medicine today is u have my test results back but have no idea how to interpret the results. The doctor needs to do that but there’d is no follow up! So I still donor have a diagnosis. When and how does that happen?
