The Talent Acquisition team leverages the framework of UCLA Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values to attract and hire top talent for all areas in the UCLA Health system. This involves partnering with our hiring managers in interviewing and assessing the most qualified candidates for our open positions, and researching recruitment metrics and trends throughout the organization to create necessary workforce plans. The recruiters on the team also make themselves available to internal employees and external candidates for walk-ins during normal business hours to discuss current openings and career progression.
