Developing Cultural Intelligence

This interactive course will introduce you to Cultural Intelligence, an innovative approach to working and relating across cultures. Rooted in scholarly research and used by organizations like Harvard, Goldman Sachs and Google, this engaging, practical session will give you a chance to review your Cultural Intelligence assessment results, discuss some of the intercultural challenges and opportunities you face, and create an action plan for developing and applying your Cultural Intelligence.

Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity

Based on the best-selling book by David Allen, Getting Thing Done addresses workplace productivity, efficiency and task management.  The skills taught in Getting Things Done help you to develop a personalized system to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.  When implemented regularly, the tools can help you to reduce stress and cognitive overload and have a greater sense of control over your work day.

Retention Series

Engagement MAGIC

The Engagement MAGIC training is designed to help employees to understand where to find passion and drive and how to apply it to their careers.  They will learn how to find greater meaning, autonomy, growth, impact and connection in their day-to-day tasks.  This course is based upon research that includes an analysis of over 30 million employee engagement survey responses from a wide variety of industries, including individuals working at all organizational levels.  The results from the Engagement MAGIC self-assessment are provided during the session and will be used to help create a personalized engagement action plan. (This class is suitable for employees at all levels looking to reignite their enthusiasm and purpose in the workplace.)

Engagement and Career Growth Meetings (launching March 2022)

Implementing a retention strategy is crucial to the success of an organization and its employees. Conducting “engagement meetings” (commonly referred to as “stay interviews”) at the appropriate time, can not only help reduce turn-over but can also bring awareness to what will motivate and retain your employees.  (This class is most suitable for leaders that have direct reports.)

 

Crucial Communication Series

Crucial Conversations

This two-day class teaches essential skills for creating alignment and agreement amongst team members by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional or risky topics.  Learn how to: speak more assertively, address difficult subjects and Set appropriate boundaries. Additionally, you will learn how to overcome communication barriers that exist around emotionally charged topics.

*Completion of Crucial Conversations is a prerequisite for Crucial Accountability.

Crucial Accountability

This course teaches a step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps, strengthening accountability, and improving communication to eliminate inconsistencies in performance.  You will learn how to diagnose the root cause of accountability issues and use that knowledge to address problems in a way that is proactive and motivating, and eliminates barriers to success.
