The Human Resources Operations team is responsible for all personnel processing for health system staff. Services provided under EDB Administration include new hire processing, salary changes, promotions, terminations, transfers, leave of absences and FML coordination, etc. HR Operations also manages the HR Regulatory Requirements under The Joint Commission and Department of Public Health as they apply to all staff.
HRIS provides HR database support for all HR Web Applications such as quarterly Turnover and Vacancy rate calculations, Competency Tracking System, and other systems.
