We’ve included recommended courses that you can take to build each of these competency areas and ultimately enhance success within your role and for the greater organization.
You can tailor this model to create individualized learning paths based on identified leadership competencies. You’re able to choose the courses you take and the timing of when you take them. You can map out your own development plan or work on it in conjunction with your direct supervisor as part of your professional goals. There is a combination of instructor-led courses provided by the Center for Organizational Readiness and Education (CORE) and self-paced LinkedIn Learnings.
