Dealing with Difficult Patient Situations
This popular course is back with new and exciting content! Join us as we explore the behavioral science that influences how we navigate and respond to challenging interpersonal situations. This class will help all of us to elevate the patient experience, as we will better understand how our own unconscious biases affect our behavior and we will gain tools to help us present the most professional version of ourselves, even when faced with challenging situations.
Developing Cultural Intelligence
This interactive course will introduce you to Cultural Intelligence, an innovative approach to working and relating across cultures. Rooted in scholarly research and used by organizations like Harvard, Goldman Sachs, and Google, this engaging, practical session will give you a chance to review your Cultural Intelligence assessment results, discuss some of the intercultural challenges and opportunities you face, and create an action plan for developing and applying skills that will enhance your Cultural Intelligence.
Do you want to experience a higher level of engagement in your work? In this course you will learn how to find meaning, autonomy, growth, impact and connection in your day-to-day tasks. Based off of research that includes over 30 million employee engagement survey response from thousands of different companies, The Engagement MAGIC® training is designed to help us understand where to find passion and drive and how to apply it in our jobs.
Retention and Engagement Meetings
This 90-minute workshop for team leaders introduces the leadership best practice of Retention and Engagement Meetings (also known as Stay Interviews). These are conversations that leaders are encouraged to hold periodically with their direct reports to explore new opportunities for the employees’ engagement and professional growth. In this workshop, you will learn best practices for structuring and leading Retention and Engagement Meetings with your direct reports. A template will be provided that includes sample questions and conversation topics to get you started.
