Guidelines on Posting Requirements
Below you will find a list of guidelines with a list of required workplace posters. These guidelines are intended to assist you in meeting the University of California’s obligation to post notices required by state and federal law.
Department heads are responsible for posting these notices where employees can see them in the normal course of business. Examples are break rooms, official bulletin boards and payroll and personnel offices. To obtain a poster that is not available for download, please contact the responsible campus unit.

Posters listed in the General Posters section apply to all workplaces. Additional posters apply only during certain times or to certain workplaces or occupations, as indicated in the chart below. Please note that some topics have both state and federal posting requirements; each of the posters listed represents a separate, mandatory posting requirement.
