UCLA Health and UCLA Anderson School of Management- Executive Education, are jointly offering a 5 day program in healthcare management taught by hospital leaders and renowned Anderson faculty. This one-week program provides healthcare executives the chance to learn best practices of hospital management and develop strategic skills for financial management and leadership. The curriculum focuses on five different subject areas: People, Service, Quality, Operations, and Finance/Strategy. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with UCLA Health leadership and renowned UCLA Anderson faculty. The program will be held at UCLA Anderson, Collins Center.
