Dr. Leigh Reardon is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics in the division of pediatric and adult cardiology. He completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiology and adult congenital heart disease at UCLA. He has a special interest in the care of congenital heart disease patients in adolescents and adults. He is committed to sensitive treatment of the LGBTQ community with cardiac conditions. Dr. Shira Grock was born and raised in Los Angeles and received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and returned to Los Angeles for her endocrinology fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Stanley Korenman is Distinguished Professor of Medicine – Endocrinology at UCLA. He Graduated from Princeton University and medical school at Columbia. He was trained in Internal Medicine at Bellevue and Memorial Hospitals in New York. He was accepted to the NIH as a Clinical Associate and then Senior Investigator in the Endocrinology Branch of the National Cancer Institute where he began his lifelong research into male and female reproductive endocrinology. At present he is Associate Dean for Ethics and directs the Ethics program of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute. Dr. Korenman's practice specializes in reproductive endocrinology including extensive involvement in the endocrine aspects of gender transition and maintenance. More >

Dr. Anna Pawlikowska-Haddal is a Clinical Professor in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA. She graduated from the Medical School at the University of Lodz in Poland and obtained her PhD at the Institute of Endocrinology of the University of Lodz. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of West Virginia, Charleston Division, and her fellowship training in pediatric endocrinology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. At UCLA, Dr. Haddal joined the multispecialty clinical/research program Disorders of Sexual Development lead by Dr. Eric Vilain, Professor of Human Genetics, Pediatrics and Urology, and by Drs. Bernard Churchill and Steve Lerman, pediatric urologists. Dr. Haddal has extensive experience in treatment with GnRH analogs and sex hormones. Lisa Bolden, MA, CCC-SLP, is a certified and licensed speech pathologist who specializes in voice. Lisa joined the UCLA Speech Pathology Department in 2000. She launched the UCLA Speech Pathology Voice Team that she continues to lead. The UCLA Voice Team's practice is centered on voice as important to the quality of life.
Lisa is passionate about providing voice services to our transgender and gender diverse community. She works with her patients to find a voice that is natural, authentic and congruent with the individual’s identity.
Prior to joining UCLA, Lisa guest lectured on North American communication style at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business (previously known as the Graduate School of Business), and taught broadcast voice at Columbia College. Her work was published in Contemporary Business Communication, Boone, Kurtz, Block, 1997. Lisa started her career at Schwab Rehabilitation Center where she developed and led the Professional Voice Program.
Lisa earned her master's degree at Northwestern University and her bachelor's degree at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Avraham H. Mendelsohn is an Assistant Professor at the UCLA Voice Center, part of the UCLA Head and Neck Surgery Department of the David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Mendelsohn graduated with honors from Yeshiva University followed by his medical school education at UCLA. Following his surgical residency training at UCLA, he went on to complete two advanced voice fellowships. First studying under Dr. Gerald Berke at UCLA he then studied under Dr. Marc Remacle at the Cliniques Universitaires UCL Mont-Godinne in Belgium. In Europe, Dr. Mendelsohn was able to learn the state-of-the-art endoscopic surgical approaches for the transgender voice. Dr. Jesse Clark is Associate Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease and Department of Family Medicine in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His research addresses the integration of new prevention technologies within the social and sexual networks of Latin American and Latino MSM. He is Director of the UCLA South American Program in HIV Prevention Research (SAPHIR) training program in Lima, Peru and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Current research includes: Use of social networks to promote PrEP adherence among Transgender Women in Peru; Rectal STI screening as a strategy to identify and control HIV/STI transmission risks within MSM sexual networks in Peru; and Evaluation of sexual network patterns among Latino MSM in Los Angeles. Dr. Clark is also Investigator of Record (IOR) for the UCLA Vine Street Clinic site of the HVTN704/HPTN085 Antibody-Mediated Prevention (AMP) trial of monoclonal antibodies to prevent HIV acquisition and the HPTN 083 trial of injectable cabotegravir for pre-exposure prophylaxis among MSM and TW. Dr. Ghassan H. Khoury is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Jordan after participating in a number of transnational medical workshops in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to completing his Internal Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Khoury held clinical and medical positions at The University of New Mexico, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada. Now working at UCLA CARE Center, he aims to focus his work on HIV primary care and research to further empower those living with HIV to be proactive with regards to their overall health. Raphael J. Landovitz, MD

Dr. Raphael J. Landovitz is Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases and Associate Director of the UCLA Center for Clinical AIDS Research & Education, as well as Co-Director of the UCLA Center for HIV Identification, Prevention, and Treatment Services. After training at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Womens Hospital (where he served as chief medical resident in 2001-2002) and the Massachusetts General Hospital, he joined the UCLA faculty in 2006 and specializes in research and clinical applications of HIV antiretrovirals for both HIV treatment and HIV prevention. He developed community based programs for the delivery of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for HIV prevention that have transitioned to ongoing public health service delivery programs, and led three local demonstration projects evaluating use of TDF/FTC (Truvada) PrEP in MSM, TGW, and cisgender women in Los Angeles and Southern California. He leads NIH's global effort to develop long-acting injectable cabotegravir for PrEP in MSM and TGW, a 4500 person trial designed to lead to regulatory approval of long-acting injectable PrEP. He also leads treatment studies for HIV-infected individuals designed to optimize ART treatment, including the use of long-acting injectable therapies. More >

Dr. Andrew L. Da Lio is Clinical Professor and Chief in the UCLA Division of Plastic Surgery. He earned his bachelor's and medical degrees from the University of Michigan. He completed his residency in general surgery at the prestigious Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and matched into the plastic surgery residency program at the USC Keck School of Medicine. After finishing his residency training, he elected to complete an additional subspecialty fellowship in microvascular surgery at UCLA. A member of the LGBT community, he has been involved in improving medical education around LGBT health issues since medical school, and continues to advocate for inclusive curriculum for healthcare trainees, as well as in the health policy sphere. In particular, he is interested in strategies for harm reduction surrounding nicotine use in the community, as well as improving patient-provider-family dynamics in the ICU setting for LGBT patients and their families. He is a national proctor for penile prosthetic surgery and a national expert in Peyronie's Disease. The Iris Cantor-UCLA Women's Health Center provides comprehensive care to diverse women. We have provided care to those who identify as lesbian, bisexual, and transgender for over 20 years. We provide primary care for transgender women in partnership with UCLA experts in transgender care, and preventive health services for gender-nonconforming people.
