My doctor today was amazing! Explained in detail what the diagnosis was and the cure. Took time to go over everything with me and also pulled out a thorn from a scratch I had (infected). Can’t say wnough good things about how personable and wonderful the doctor was!

Dear Patient Experience Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience with Dr. Kellman at the Immediate Care facility in Culver City located within the Westfield Mall during a routine covid screening at your clinic. My encounter with Dr. Kellman left me feeling profoundly disrespected, as she exhibited poor soft interpersonal skills throughout the appointment. I sensed that my concerns were trivialized, and she spoke over me when I was attempting to explain my symptoms and those of my five-year-old. This lack of effective communication made it challenging to convey critical information, and I left the appointment feeling frustrated and unheard. In addition to these concerns, I must bring to your attention a distressing incident during the routine covid screening. Dr. Kellman inadvertently stabbed my nasal membrane, resulting in blood streaming down my face as I exited the clinic. This was not only a painful experience but also humiliating. The appointment's rushed, rude nature further exacerbated the negative experience. Based on my encounter, I cannot recommend Dr. Kellman to anyone I care about. I have never been treated like Dr.Kellman treated me today; I believe that UCLA healthcare professionals should uphold the highest standards of patient care and treat individuals with the respect and empathy they deserve. I trust that you will investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues raised. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
