The mission of the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) is to disseminate mindful awareness across the lifespan through education and research.
Donor support enables us to continue to promote our programs in the community and to foster research on the benefits of mindfulness in health and wellness.
MARC has consistently provided many opportunities for volunteering in exchange for free-of-charge admission.
To volunteer for a specific class or event, please follow the instructions provided in our work exchange policy. You can also e-mail us to be added to our general volunteer pool.
