General Nephrology Fellowship

UCLA Nephrology Fellowships.

The Division of Nephrology offers a General Nephrology Fellowship, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. While in the program, fellows will have the opportunity to give full consultative service for the evaluation of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, fluid, and electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and kidney stone disease. Fellows will be trained in the Outpatient Dialysis service and be exposed to hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. The fellowship is two years and designed to produce successful clinicians in the field of General Nephrology.

Transplant Fellowship

The Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program, offers a Transplant Fellowship, accredited by the American Society of Transplantation and the American Society of Nephrology.  This fellowship is one year and is designed for trainees who have completed a standard two-year renal fellowship and are Nephrology board eligible.
