  • Designed and implemented an evidence-based interdisciplinary gym program for HSCT patients that led to a 46% reduction in inpatient falls on 6E, with the unit achieving zero patient falls or falls with injury for 2 consecutive months
  • Development of COVID-19 management SOP for HSCT patients and their caregivers during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic to preserve patient safety during periods of neutropenia and immunosuppression
  • Holds a national certification for evidence-based practice and serves as a leader/mentor for designing, implementing, and evaluating practice changes that are consistent with the UCLA Health mission, values, and strategic plan.
